  • 200 gm baked puff pastry
  • 50 gm walnuts
  • 50 gm hazelnuts
  • 50 gm raisins
  • 50 gm sultanas
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • 20 gm phyllo pastry
  • 1 tsp butter (melted)
  • whipped cream
  • chopped nuts

    Crush the baked puff pastry in a bowl.

    Add chopped walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, sultanas and mix it.

    In a pan, add milk, sugar, rose water.
  4. 4

    On a baking tray, add melted butter, phyllo pastry, sugar as required and bake it in the oven at 200'C for 3 - 4 minutes.

    Add the crushed pastry mixture in a ramekin.

    Add milk and leave it.
  7. 7

    Garnish with whipped cream, sugar and caramelise it using a blow torch.

    Add phyllo pastry, nuts.
