- Urad dal (split black gra- 1 cup, chilli-garlic-cumin paste (kharda), oil, asafoetida, turmeric, salt to taste,
- Roast split black gram till turn slight red and cook by adding pinch of asafoetida and turmeric.
- Heat the oiAdd chilli-garlic-cumin paste and saute well.
- Mash and add the cooked split black gram, some water and sal(Consistency should be thick like dal makhani).
- Boil for 2-3 minGarnish with coriander.
- Serve with Bhakari or rice.
