    Roast split black gram till turn slight red and cook by adding pinch of asafoetida and turmeric.

    Heat the oiAdd chilli-garlic-cumin paste and saute well.

    Mash and add the cooked split black gram, some water and sal(Consistency should be thick like dal makhani).
  4. 4

    Boil for 2-3 minGarnish with coriander.
  5. 5

    Serve with Bhakari or rice.
