INGREDIENTS

  • INGRIDIENTS:-250 gm cooked rice ( jeera , 1-2 cloves, cinnamon,Tez patta), 15-20 Spinach Leaves, oil for cooking , 2 onions , 2 tomatoes , Paneer for garnishing , orange colour, salt to taste and chilli powder .

    Firstly, boil the spinach leaves for about 5-7 minutes and grind them in a mixing jar.Now, take some oil in a another pan and after it is heated up put the onions and cook it till they turns golden browThen, put the chopped tomatoes and green chillieAfter that, add the grinded Spinach and cooked rice and accordingly add salt and chillies to taste and mix it well so that green colur of spinach gets even with ricTake some of the cooked rice and mix it with orange colouMix orange coloured rice with the above mixture and add some of the cooked (whitrice as it is and mix it well.Now, put some of the paneer pieces and garnish it with green chillies according to tast.
