  • FOR Tutu Mineira
  • 4 Chicken Sausages
  • 4 Chicken Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 gms Black Beans (soaked overnight)
  • 150 ml Vegetable Stock
  • 1 tbsp Palm Oil
  • 1 tsp Habanero Sauce
  • 3 Lamb Chops
  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Cheese
  • FOR Garnishes
  • Crisp chicken bacon
  • Fried onions
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 1 malagueta pepper

    In a pan add oil sliced garlic, onions, sausage, bacon and sauté until brown.
  2. 2

    Add beans, stock, salt, habanero sauce and cook, till beans become mashy.
  3. 3

    Season lamb chops with salt.
  4. 4

    Warm oil in a grill pan and add lamb chops and sliced onions, and cook till done.
  5. 5

    Cut boiled eggs into half, remove egg yolk, mash it with shredded cheese and stuff it back to boiled egg.

    Serve Tutu Mineira with a bowl of caramelized rice, lamb chops, stuffed eggs.

    And Garnish with fried onions, fried bacons and malagueta pepper.
