Procedure to make Tuscan fruitcake: Finely chop the almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashew nuts, raisins and add them in a bowl. , Add green tutty fruity, red tutty fruity, allspice powder, cinnamon powder, honey and mix it well. , Add red wine, white wine, crumbled white sponge, brown sugar and mix it well. , In a bowl add refined flour, baking powder, allspice powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and white wine. , Add brown sugar, coffee liquor and mix it well. , Add olive oil, dry fruits mixture and prepare a batter. , Add olive oil in the moulds, batter and bake it in the oven at 180' C - 190' C for 30 minutes. , Demould the cake and cut slices of it. , To garnish add allspice sauce, parsley sugar, almonds and Tuscan fruitcake is ready to serve.
