  • 500 gms Barley
  • 50 ml Gur Gur Cha.

    Wash Barley with water and sun dry it.
  2. 2

    Pop Barley in hot sand.
  3. 3

    Make powder of roasted Barley.
  4. 4

    Add Gur Gur Cha to Tasmpa and make a dough.
  5. 5

    take dough firmly press to make small bites.
  6. 6

    Tsampa is ready.
