INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gms barley
  • 50 ml gur gur cha

PREPARATION

    Wash Barley with water and sun dry it.

    Pop Barley in hot sand. Make powder of roasted Barley.
  3. 3

    Add Gur Gur Cha to Tasmpa and make a dough, take dough firmly press to make small bites.

    Tsampa is ready.
