INGREDIENTS

  • Any chocolate biscuit/biscuits(if variety is available)I used Oreo biscuits, Bourbon Bliss biscuits and Hide& Seek biscuits[small packets of each]
  • 1/2 Cup Of All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 Cup Of Icing Sugar
  • 2 Tbspn Of Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbspn Of Butter/Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup Of Milk
  • Cashews (9-10 pieces)
  • 1/4th Tbspn Of Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tbspn Of Baking Powder

PREPARATION

    Take a bowl, roughly crush the biscuits & soak them in the milk for 10-12 mins & after that mix it well & make a thick paste out of it.

    Take another bowl add butter/ghee & icing sugar whisk it until it gets fluffy then gradually add maida, cocoa powder, & milk to make a cake batter .

    Then evenly spread salt in the cooker & pre heat it for 10 mins.

    Grease aluminium or any cake tin with butter/ghee with the help of brush & dust the maida evenly.

    Then in a small bowl add butter(melted)/ghee + baking powder + baking soda just stir it (not muc& put this mixture in the cake batter {just before adding the batter in the tin for baking} it will make cake more soft & fluffy that's why I added this at last.

    Now add the cake batter in the greased cake tin then in the middle pour that crushed biscuits & milk mixture(after mixing it well)& on it add some pieces of the biscuits whatever variety you are having at your home's I roughly crushed the Hide & Seek biscuits & spread those pieces in the middle layer of the cake then again put the cake batter .

    Now just place the cake tin in the pre heated cooker for 40-45 mins .

    After 45 mins, check the cake while putting toothpick in the middle, if it is clean take the cake tin out .

    Put the cake tin in the room temperature under fan for 10 mins, then unmold the cake .

    Then refrigerate it for 1/2hour.

    As I was not having the chocolate sauce I made it by adding 2 tbspn of icing sugar + 1 tbspn of cocoa powder + 1 tbspn of milk (add more if requirethen chocolate sauce is also ready refrigerate it for 15 mins.

    Then, in a pan add butter/ghee roasted cashews untill it becomes golden brown .

    Then garnish the cake with chocolate sauce, pieces of biscuits, roasted cashews & icing sugar, now cake is ready to serve💗🥳.
