  • Egg White
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Refined Flour
  • 150 ml Evaporated Milk
  • 200 gms Condensed Milk
  • 150 ml Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 50 gms Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Rum
  • Accompaniments Crème anglaise
  • Go Fresh cream

    Cake ,Beat the egg whites to soft peak stage, add powdered sugar and whisk more.

    Add flour and mix with cut and fold method.
  3. 3

    Grease the cake mould and pour the batter in it.
  4. 4

    Bake at 180 C 20 minutes.
  5. 5

    For Syrup ,Heat condensed milk, whole milk and evaporated milk in a pan.
  6. 6

    Add vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, sugar, rum and cook till sugar melts.

    De mold the cake in the syrup and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to soak the syrup.

    Then cut the top of the cake, place it upside down and soak again.
  9. 9

    In a fresh bowl make a mix of crème anglaise and fresh cream.
  10. 10

    For serving pour crème angalaise and fresh cream mix around the cake.
  11. 11

    Ice the cake with whipped cream and garnish it with cherries, plums, blue berries and mint.
