INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp soy sauce; 1 tbsp red chilli sauce; 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; salt; 1 tsp garlic powder; 3 to 4 slices tofu; 1 egg white; 2 tbsp oil; curly lettuce; iceberg lettuce; 5 to 6 slices tomatoes; 1 tsp mustard sauce; Sprouts; Avocado slice

HOW TO PREPARE TORT FOOD

    For the marinade mix soy sauce, red chilli sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.

    ; Cut tofu into round slices and marinade them.

    ; Let them rest.

    ; In another bowl, separate the egg yolk from egg white.

    ; In a pan, heat oil.

    ; Make an omelette with the egg white.

    ; Transfer to a plate.

    ; In the same pan, sauté the marinated tofu.

    ; In the serving plate, add curly lettuce and then iceberg lettuce on it.

    ; Arrange slices of tomatoes egg white omelette, and the toasted tofu slices.
