  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 to 4 slices tofu
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • curly lettuce
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 5 to 6 slices tomatoes
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce
  • Sprouts
  • Avocado slice

    For the marinade mix soy sauce, red chilli sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.

    Cut tofu into round slices and marinade them.
  3. 3

    Let them rest.
  4. 4

    In another bowl, separate the egg yolk from egg white.
  5. 5

    In a pan, heat oil.
  6. 6

    Make an omelette with the egg white.
  7. 7

    Transfer to a plate.
  8. 8

    In the same pan, sauté the marinated tofu.
  9. 9

    In the serving plate, add curly lettuce and then iceberg lettuce on it.

    Arrange slices of tomatoes egg white omelette, and the toasted tofu slices.

    Garnish with sprouts and avocado slice.

    Add mustard sauce and oil to the remaining marinade.

    Season with salt.

    Mix the dip well.
  15. 15

    Transfer to a bowl and serve with the salad.
