  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup green chopped tomato
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp green bell peppers chopped
  • 3 bread slices
  • Cheese as required grated
  • For Garnish: Parsley
  • Pesto sauce

    Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic red chilli flakes, crushed black pepper and chopped onion, add tomatoes green tomato, green bell pepper (all chopped) along with cherry tomatoes and mix well.

    Cut the bread slices into triangular shapes and place the mixture on these bread slices and add some grated cheese on top of each bruschetta, transfer them to a baking dish and bake them for three minutes.

    Next place the bruschetta in a serving plate.

    Garnish it with some parsley and pesto sauce.
