Tomato & Brie Tostas with Chilli Jam
This scrumptious Mexican treat loaded with fresh vegetables, herbs and cheese is sure to delight and tingle your taste buds.

  • 100 gm red bell pepper
  • 100 gm green bell pepper
  • 100 gm yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml White vinegar
  • 200 gm brown sugar
  • 2 Garlic bread loafs
  • 100 gm tomato, chopped
  • 2-3 Parsley sprigs, Cheese as required, Crushed black pepper as required, Salt to taste
  • 5-6 thyme sprigs

    Saut? thyme in 2 tbsp olive oil heated in a pan.

    To make chili jam, add chopped red, green, and yellow bell peppers to the pan.
  3. 3

    Add honey, white vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and crushed black pepper as required.

    Let them cook.

    Make pieces of the garlic bread loafs.
  6. 6

    Chop tomato and parsley sprigs and keep them ready.
  7. 7

    Mix cheese, chopped tomato, salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, parsley leaves, and black pepper powder in a bowl.

    Pour olive oil for greasing on a tray and place the garlic bread pieces on it.
  9. 9

    Neatly place the mixture of tomato and cheese on bread pieces and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 mins.

    Serve with chili jam on top.

    Sprinkle some sea salt and crushed black pepper.
