INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 sliced fresh turmeric
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 - 1/2 cup water
  • pink salt
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • For garnish
  • coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add chicken, mustard oil and toss it. Add fresh turmeric and mix it well.

    Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, cumin powder. Add sliced green chillies and stir it. Add water, pink salt and leave it to cook.

    Add ginger paste and mix it. Garnish with coriander leaves and mix. Serve it with rice and salad.
