  • 100 gm tofu diced
  • 2 cups pickled watermelon
  • ¼ cup cherries fresh
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • Mint sprigs
  • Basil seeds

PREPARATION

    Blend tofu pickled watermelon (watermelon mixed with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and rest overnight), fresh cherry, and chopped ginger. Strain the mixture in a bowl. Arrange pickled watermelon on a skewer. Keep it in the serving glass. Pour the smoothie in the serving glass. Garnish the drink with mint leaves and basil seeds.
