  • 100 gm tofu diced
  • 2 cups pickled watermelon
  • ¼ cup cherries fresh
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • Mint sprigs
  • Basil seeds

HOW TO PREPARE TOFU WATERMELON TANGO

    Blend tofu pickled watermelon (watermelon mixed with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and rest overnight), fresh cherry, and chopped ginger.

    Strain the mixture in a bowl.

    Arrange pickled watermelon on a skewer.

    Keep it in the serving glass.

    Pour the smoothie in the serving glass.
