INGREDIENTS

  • For dough
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • salt
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • For filling
  • 4 wild mushrooms
  • 5 water chestnuts
  • 5 to 7 small onions
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fenugreek leaves
  • 1 block hard tofu
  • 1 tbsp castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp dried fenugreek
  • white pepper powder
  • paprika powder

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, yogurt, raspberry vinegar, olive oil and knead dough.

    Roll out dough, grease pie mould with olive oil and place the roll out dough.

    Brush with olive oil, for filling chop mushrooms, water chestnuts, small onions, add all of it in a bowl, add chopped garlic, olive oil, fenugreek leaves, hard tofu and mix well.

    Add filling in the pie mould.

    For dressing in a bowl add yogurt, grated tofu and olive oil.

    Pour dressing filling, sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves.

    Stich sides of pie with cloves.

    sprinkle paprika powder.

    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 200 C.

    for dip add castor sugar, dried fenugreek, white pepper powder, olive oil and mix well.

    Serve pie with dip.
