  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • ¼ cup mango pulp
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ginger

HOW TO PREPARE TOFU MANGO PUDDING

    Blend silken tofu mango pulp, honey, cinnamon powder and ginger in a mixer grinder.

    Transfer it into a glass and refrigerate it for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Once the pudding is set, garnish it with sliced mangoes, cherries and mint leaves.
