INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 dried red chillies
  • 1 tsp garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 cup tofu cubes
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 1 diced yellow bell pepper
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • Spring onion whites and greens
  • Thinly sliced carrots

HOW TO PREPARE TOFU CHILLI GARLIC

    Drain water from the tofu and cut into 1cm cubes.

    In a pan, heat oil and add dry red chillies, chopped garlic cloves and ginger, tofu cubes, chopped red, green, and yellow bell peppers, soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt, and roasted peanuts.

    Mix well.

    Serve tofu chilli garlic by garnishing it with spring onion whites and greens and thinly sliced carrots.
