  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 250 gm silken tofu
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 cup Canned strawberries
  • FOR garnish
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Canned strawberries
  • ¼ green applesliced
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE TOFU BERRY SMOOTHIE

    Blend apple juice, silken tofu, honey, nutmeg powder, and canned strawberry in a blender until smooth.

    Decorate the glass with strawberry syrup.
  3. 3

    Add strawberries to it.
  4. 4

    Arrange the green apple slices over the glass rim.
  5. 5

    Pour the smoothie in the glass and garnish with mint leaves.
