  • ½ cup Coffee Liqueur
  • 8 to10 Sponge Cake cubes
  • 4 tbsp cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Philadelphia Cheese
  • 6 tbsp Castor Sugar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • chocolate


  1. 1

    Take Coffee Liqueur in a bowl.
  2. 2

    In second bowl add cream Cheese, Philadelphia Cheese, Castor Sugar and mix well.

    roast cubed Sponge Cake.
  4. 4

    Soak roasted cubes in Coffee Liqueur.
  5. 5

    Fill cheese into Soda syphon bottle.
  6. 6

    and freeze for 10-12 minutes.
  7. 7

    In a pan add sugar, water and boil it.
  8. 8

    Add dark Chocolate and stir it till it dries.
  9. 9

    In a pot - shaped crockery, add cubes of sponge cake.
  10. 10

    Release chees foam over.
  11. 11

    place a couple of sponge cubes again.
  12. 12

    Sprinkle a layer of Chocolate sand over.
  13. 13

    Place a stalk of peppermint leaves and serve.
