- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup coffee liquor
- 1 cup milk
- sponge cake
- 1 tbsp cooking brandy
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- whipped cream
- In a bowl, add egg yolks, caster sugar and whisk it. Add milk and mix it well. Add the mixture in a pan and cook it while continuously stirring it.
- Cut the vanilla sponge cake into layers. Cut it into circles using a cookie cutter. In a bowl, add coffee liquor, cooking brandy and soak the cake in it. Add the soaked cake in a bowl.
- In a bowl, add mascarpone cheese and whip it. Pour the custard in the cheese and beat it. Add whipped cream and mix again. Add the mixture in the piping bag and pour it in the glass.
- Drizzle the mixture of coffee and cocoa powder and refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
