  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup minced lamb
  • pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli paste
  • 300 gm egg noodles
  • 1 cup mutton stock
  • sliced carrot
  • 1 tbsp onion leaves

    In a heated pan, add olive oil, finely chopped onion, garlic and saute. Add the minced lamb and stir it.

    Add pink salt and mix it. Switch off the gas. Add red chilli paste and mix it well.

    In a bowl, add egg noodles, mutton stock, sliced carrot, mutton mince. Add chopped onion leaves and mix it.

    Garnish with sliced carrots and serve.
