INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cup boiled pasta
  • ½ cup boiled kidney beans
  • ½ cup black eyed peas
  • ½ cup soaked soya bean chunks
  • 2 green chillies
  • Salad leaves mixed
  • 2 to 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • roasted dry fruits
  • Smoked cheese juliennes

HOW TO PREPARE THREE BEAN SALAD

    In a bowl take sliced tomato, chopped pasta, boiled kidney beans, black eyed peas, soaked soya bean chunks, chopped green chilli and mixed salad leaves.

    Add a little olive oil.

    In another bowl, take a little honey.

    Mix it with garlic paste red chilli flakes and lemon juice.

    Add salt and pepper powder into this dressing.

    Mix it with a little olive oil.

    Add chopped green chilli.

    Pour this dressing to the salad mix and gently blend it.
  9. 9

    Transfer the salad to a serving dish.

    Garnish it with roasted dry fruits and smoked cheese.
