  • 1 leftover roti
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp masala
  • 1/2 salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cheese cubes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano(optional)
  • One clean cloth

    Firstly add the leftover roti into the pan and using a clean cloth press the roti starting from the edges then coming slowly to the center. The flame should be low. Keep pressing until you see no moisture left in roti. It will turn into a khakra.

    Keep it aside in the same pan add 1 tbsp oil chopped veggies, spices and cook them until slightly soft. Keep them half cooked for better crunch.

    Apply tomato sauce on the khakra previously made. Add sauted veggies. Grate cheese over the veggies. In the same pan add remaining 1 tbsp oil place the entire thin crust pizza and cover it with a lid keep the flame medium to low. Cook it until the cheese melts.
