  • For The Dough 1 kg refined flour
  • 15 gm yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • For Topping 1 tomato puree ½ sliced onion
  • 3 tsp chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp chopped Tomato
  • 2 tsp mushroom chopped 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 11 to 12 basil leaves
  • ½ cup bell peppers juliennes
  • crushed black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish olive oil
  • basil leaves
  • coriander leaves

    Prepare the pizza dough out of refined flour yeast, sugar and salt, and roll out and flatten it with your hands by dusting refined flour.

    Bake the pizza base in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 3 to 4 minutes.

    For toppings, spread some tomato sauce on the pizza base, top it up with sliced onions, chopped celery, chopped tomatoes, chopped mushrooms, grated mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, julienned bell pepper, again some grated cheese, crushed black pepper and salt.

    Bake the pizza in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200'C.

    Brush some olive oil on it and garnish with basil leaves and coriander leaves.
