INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Thenthuk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp inch Ginger
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Radish
  • 2 Spiring Onions
  • 3 to 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • Salt as per test
  • FOR Noodles
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Salt

HOW TO PREPARE THENTHUK

  1. 1

    In oil add chopped Garlic cloves, Ginger and onion.
  2. 2

    Add diced Chicken, Radish, Spiring Onions and sauté.
  3. 3

    Add Soya sauce Spinach and stir.
  4. 4

    Roll dough and cut small pieces.
  5. 5

    Pull that dough using finger or flatten them using the knife and add to the soup.
  6. 6

    Garnish with Coriander and serve hot.
