INGREDIENTS

  • For thenthuk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp inch ginger
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 radish
  • 2 spiring onions
  • 3 to 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • ½ cup spinach
  • salt
  • For noodles
  • flour
  • water
  • salt

PREPARATION

    In oil add chopped garlic cloves, ginger and onion.
  2. 2

    Add diced chicken, radish, spiring onions and saute.
  3. 3

    Add soya sauce, spinach and stir.
  4. 4

    Roll dough and cut small pieces. Pull that dough using finger or flatten them using the knife and add to the soup.

    Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
