INGREDIENTS

  • 1 White Radish
  • 1 Potato
  • 4 - 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 inch Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • Water
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves.

HOW TO PREPARE THECHWANI

    Warm Oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, dry red chilli, asafoetida, crushed radish, crushed potato, crushed ginger garlic and fry till crisp, take it out in a bowl and keep aside.

    In the same pan add cumin seeds, dry red chilli, asafoetida, chopped onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped tomatoes, green chilli and saute, Add radish and potato mixture, water and cook.

    In the end add chopped coriander leaves.

    Garnish Thechwani with fresh coriander leaves and serve with hot rice.
