  • . 1 CUP FROZEN SEEDLESS BLACK GRAPES
  • . 50 G HUNG YOGURT
  • . 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  • . 1 PINCH BLACK SAL-FOR BLACK GRAPE GLAZE*
  • .100 G BLACK GRAPES ( CUT INTO HAL.50 G SUGAR
  • .50 ML WATER
  • .3 ML LEMON JUIC.A PINCH OF BLACK SAL-FOR BLACK SESAME MICRO SPONGE*
  • .1 TBSP OIL
  • .2 TBSP MILK
  • .2 TBSP SUGAR
  • .2 TBSP FLOUR
  • .2 TBSP BLACK SESAME PAST.2 G BAKING POWDE-FOR TOASTED NUT CRUMBL. 1 TBSP BUTTER

  • . 30 G CASHEW
  • . 30 G PISTACHIOS
  • . 1 PINCH BLACK SALT
  • -FOR DEHYDRATED APPLE CRISP:

PREPARATION

    FOR BALCK SESAME KULFI*.

    .POUR MILK INTO A PAN AND REDUCE THE MILK UNTIL HAL.IN BETWEEN SCRAPE THE SIDES AND MIX WITH THE MIL.ONCE REDUCED ADD CONDENSED MILK AND GIVE IT A BOI.SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND LET THE MIXTURE COOL.

    .ROAST HE SESAME SEEDS AND GRIND IT WITH HONEY TO FORM A PAST.COMBINE THE PASTE WITH THE COOLED MIXTURE WITH THE HELP OF BLENDE.POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOLD AND DEEP FREEZE FOR 6 HOUR-FOR BLACK GRAPE FROZEN YOGURT*.

    .IN A FOOD PROCESSOR,ADD THE FROZEN GRAPES ALONG WITH YOGURT ,LEMON.

    JUICE AND BLACK SALT.

    .BLEND THE MIXTURE UNTIL WELL COMBINE.KEEP IT IN CHILLER UNTIL US-FOR BLACK GRAPES GLAZE*.

    .IN A PAN ADD THE CUT GRAPES WITH SUGAR AND WATER.

    .CRUSH THE FRUITS WITH HAND BLENDER SO THAT IT RELEASES JUICE.COOL THE MIXTURE AND BLEND I.STRAIN THE GLAZE THROUGH A STRAINER AND GIVE IT A BOIL AND LET IT COO-FOR BLACK SESAME MICRO SPONGE*.
