  • 10 gm vegetarian gelatin
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup thandai syrup
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream

    Soak vegetarian gelatin in a pan for 10 minutes. Then keep this pan under low flame and constantly stir. Add milk and sugar to the gelatin and stir continuously until milk boils. Strain in another bowl using a muslin cloth. Add thandai syrup to this strained mixture. Mix with lemon juice and whipped cream. Whisk well. Pour the mixture in a serving glass and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
