INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup jawar flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup flattened rice
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 cup water

PREPARATION

    Add whole wheat flour, jawar flour, gram flour, rice flour, flattened rice, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder,turmeric powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, ginger garlic paste, onions, coriander leaves, water and mix well.

    Flatten the dough using hand.

    brush some oil on a pan.
