  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup jawar flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup flattened rice
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 cup water

    In a mixing bowl, add a cup of whole wheat flour, half a cup of jawar flour, gram flour, rice flour and flattened rice.

    Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, ajwain, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, coriander leaves and water.

    Mix it well until it begins to resemble a dough.

    Shape the dough into small balls.

    Now, spread some water on a rolling board and flatten each ball using your hand to make the thalipeeth.

    Brush oil on a pan and place the thalipeeth.

    Heat it well till both the sides are completely cooked.
