Mix with it chopped chopped red chillies green chillies, some crushed peanuts, chopped coriander, a little powdered sugar, fish sauce, sweet chilli sauce, a little oil, Thai basil leaves, chopped lime leaves.
Add enough black pepper powder and salt to give a proper taste.
Mix it with cucumber cubes, chopped mixed bell peppers, boiled corn, some sweet lime wedges and seedless jamun.
In a serving dish, take some fried rice noodles and place the salad on top of it.
Garnish the salad with fried rice noodles and mint leaves.
Finally sprinkle some red chilli powder on top of the salad.
