INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Thai curry paste
  • ½ tsp chopped red chillies
  • ½ tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2 tsp Peanuts
  • crushed
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Thai basil leaves
  • 4 to 5 Lime leaves chopped 1 cup cucumber cubes
  • 1 cup chopped mixed bell peppers 1 cup corn
  • boiled
  • 5 to 6 sweet lime wedges
  • 1 tbsp jamun
  • ½ cup Fried rice noodles
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Fried rice noodles
  • Red chilli powder
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE THAI CORN SALAD

    Take a little Thai curry paste in a bowl.

    Mix with it chopped chopped red chillies green chillies, some crushed peanuts, chopped coriander, a little powdered sugar, fish sauce, sweet chilli sauce, a little oil, Thai basil leaves, chopped lime leaves.

    Add enough black pepper powder and salt to give a proper taste.
  4. 4

    Mix it with cucumber cubes, chopped mixed bell peppers, boiled corn, some sweet lime wedges and seedless jamun.

    In a serving dish, take some fried rice noodles and place the salad on top of it.
  6. 6

    Garnish the salad with fried rice noodles and mint leaves.
  7. 7

    Finally sprinkle some red chilli powder on top of the salad.
