INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar powdered
  • 2 to 3 tbsp dry fruit powder
  • 1 cup coconut cream (tender coconut)
  • Strawberry syrup
  • 1 full coconut shell
  • Fancy umbrella
  • Candies

PREPARATION

    Pour milk in a heated pan. Add equal amount of coconut milk. Add some powdered sugar. Stir well. Add dry fruit powder and allow the milk to boil. Cool the mixture. Pour this in a blender. Add coconut cream and strawberry syrup. Blend well. Chop the head of the coconut with shell. Scrape the tender pulp. Pour the payasam in the coconut shell. Garnish with a fancy umbrella and candies.
