INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar powdered
  • 2 to 3 tbsp dry fruit powder
  • 1 cup coconut cream (tender coconut)
  • Strawberry syrup
  • 1 full coconut shell
  • Fancy umbrella
  • Candies

HOW TO PREPARE TENDER COCONUT & STRAWBERRY PAYASAM

    Pour milk in a heated pan.

    Add equal amount of coconut milk.
  3. 3

    Add some powdered sugar.
  4. 4

    Stir well.
  5. 5

    Add dry fruit powder and allow the milk to boil.
  6. 6

    Cool the mixture.
  7. 7

    Pour this in a blender.
  8. 8

    Add coconut cream and strawberry syrup.
  9. 9

    Blend well.
  10. 10

    Chop the head of the coconut with shell.
  11. 11

    Scrape the tender pulp.
  12. 12

    Pour the payasam in the coconut shell.
  13. 13

    Garnish with a fancy umbrella and candies.
