INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 yellow paprika
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • salt
  • water
  • ½ yellow zucchini
  • ½ green zucchini
  • ½ carrot
  • 3 to 4 beans
  • 3 to 4 florets of broccoli
  • 3 to 4 wedges of cauliflows
  • 3 to 4 mushrooms
  • a pinch of basil powder

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, rice flour, salt, water and mix well.

    Pour batter into soda syphon bottle and freeze for 30 minutes.

    In a bowl add yellow zucchini, ½ green zucchini.

    ½ carrot.

    3-4 beans, 3 - 4 florets of broccoli, 3 - 4 wedges of cauliflows, 3 - 4 mushrooms, coat vegetable in batter and fry, sprinkle a pinch of basil powder.

    Serve with Turnip Micro greens.
