INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Red Peprika
  • 1 yellow Peprika
  • ½ cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Rice Flour
  • Salt to test
  • Water
  • ½ Yellow Zucchini
  • ½ Green Zucchini
  • ½ Carrot
  • 3 to 4 Beans
  • 3 to 4 Florets of Broccoli
  • 3 to 4 wedges of Cauliflows
  • 3 to 4 Mushrooms
  • A pinch of Basil powder.

HOW TO PREPARE TEMPURA VEGETABLES

    In a bowl add All Purpose Flour, Rice Flour, Salt to test, Water and mix well.

    Pour batter into Soda syphon bottle and freeze for 30 minutes.

    In a bowl add Yellow Zucchini, ½ Green Zucchini, ½ Carrot, 3-4 Beans, 3-4 Florets of Broccoli, 3-4 wedges of Cauliflows, 3-4 Mushrooms.

    coat vegetable in batter and fry.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle A pinch of Basil powder.
  6. 6

    Serve with Turnip Micro greens.
