INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Red Peprika
  • 1 yellow Peprika
  • ½ cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Rice Flour
  • salt
  • Water
  • ½ Yellow Zucchini
  • ½ Green Zucchini
  • ½ Carrot
  • 3 to 4 Beans
  • 3 to 4 Florets of Broccoli
  • 3 to 4 wadges of Cauliflows
  • 3 to 4 Mashrooms
  • A pinch of Basil powder.

HOW TO PREPARE TEMPURA VEGETABLES

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, rice flour, salt, water and mix well.

    Pour batter into soda syphon bottle and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. 3

    In a bowl add yellow zucchini, ½ green zucchini.
  4. 4

    ½ carrot.
  5. 5

    3-4 beans, 3-4 Florets of broccoli, 3-4 wadges of cauliflows, 3-4 mashrooms, coat vegetable in batter and fry, sprinkle a pinch of basil powder.
  6. 6

    Serve with Turnip Microgreens.
