  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 6-8 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry ginger powder

    Grind cardamom powder, cinnamon stick, nutmeg powder, cloves, black pepper and dry ginger powder in a mixer grinder.

    Make sure all the herbs and spices are mixed well into a fine consistency,to get a balanced flavour.

    Simply use a dash of these blended spices the next time you are brewing a cup of black tea, and voila you will get an aromatic and delicious cuppa!.
