INGREDIENTS

  • 18-20 bedgi chillies
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  • ½ cup green peas
  • ½ capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 200 gm cabbage
  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji
  • 1-2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 2-3 spring onions
  • coriander leaves
  • ½ lemon

PREPARATION

    To make Tawa Pulao, first take bedgi chilli, garlic buds, cumin, water and salt and make its paste in the mixer grinder.

    Now on the other side, add butter, onions and spice paste in the pan and fry it; then mix with peas, capsicum, tomatoes, cabbage and the remaining bhaji.

    Add the cooked rice and pav bhaji masala to the pan and mix it well, then add the green onions, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix the rice.

    Tawa Pulao is ready; serve it with lemon and coriander leaves.
