INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 to 3 green capsicum
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes
  • ½ tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • fenugreek leaves
  • 2 to 3 cups boiled corn
  • 500 gm cottage cheese
  • salt
  • water
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • Banana leaves
  • Lemon wedges
  • Clarified butter

HOW TO PREPARE TAVA CORN PAAV BHAJI

    For the bhaji heat a pan and add clarified butter and finely chopped green capsicums.

    Fry till soft.
  3. 3

    Add finely chopped tomatoes to the pan.
  4. 4

    Cook on a high flame for 4 5 minutes.
  5. 5

    Add salt, asafoetida, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chilli powder.

    Fry well and add water to the pan.
  7. 7

    Add fenugreek leaves.
  8. 8

    Chop and add the boiled corn.
  9. 9

    Stir and add clarified butter.
  10. 10

    Mash all the ingredients well and cook on a low flame for 15 20 minutes.

    Chop the cottage cheese and sprinkle over the bhaji, Decorate the serving dish with banana leaves and lemon wedges.

    Garnish the bhaji with clarified butter and serve hot with the paav.
