INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Plum
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp All Spice powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • A pinch of basil powder
  • 2 tsp Cherry Liqueur
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder
  • Froze whipped Cream
  • Eggplant skin powder
  • Turnip Micro greens

HOW TO PREPARE TANGY POTATOES

    Cut potatoes in cubes.
  2. 2

    Soak potatoes in water for few minutes.
  3. 3

    Scoop out potatoes cubes.
  4. 4

    in a bowl pour Olive oil and add Cumin, All Spice powder, Tomato puree, Cauenne pepper powder, Crushed Garlic, potatoes cubes and mix well.

    In a pan heat oil.
  6. 6

    Add Cumin, potatoes cubes, marination and close the lid and cook.
  7. 7

    For stuffing in a bowl chop tomato, chop Plum, basil powder, Cherry Liqueur, Sugar, Paprika powder and mix well.

    Toss the tomato plum mixture in oil.
  9. 9

    Serve Tangy Potatoes with filling.
  10. 10

    Top the potatoes with cream, Eggplant skin powder, Turnip Micro greens.
