  • 3 potatoes
  • salt
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 plum
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • a pinch of basil powder
  • 2 tsp cherry liqueur
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • froze whipped cream
  • eggplant skin powder
  • turnip micro greens

    Cut potatoes in cubes. soak potatoes in water for few minutes.

    Scoop out potatoes cubes.
  3. 3

    In a bowl pour olive oil and add cumin, all spice powder, tomato puree, cauenne pepper powder, crushed garlic, potatoes cubes and mix well.

    In a pan heat oil, add cumin, potatoes cubes, marination and close the lid and cook.

    For stuffing in a bowl chop tomato, chop plum, basil powder, cherry liqueur, sugar, paprika powder and mix well.

    Toss the tomato plum mixture in oil.

    Serve tangy potatoes with filling.

    Top the potatoes with cream, eggplant skin powder, turnip micro greens.
