- 1 cup sticky rice powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1/ 3 cup jaggery
- 1 banana leaf
- In a bowl, add sticky rice powder, fennel seeds, black sesame seeds, grated jaggery. Mix it well and prepare a dough.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts. Grease the banana leaf with oil, add the dough and fold it like a parcel.
- Add the parcel in the steamer and let it steam for 20 minutes. Serve when done.
