INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sticky rice powder
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1/ 3 cup jaggery
  • 1 banana leaf

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add sticky rice powder, fennel seeds, black sesame seeds, grated jaggery. Mix it well and prepare a dough.

    Divide the dough into four equal parts. Grease the banana leaf with oil, add the dough and fold it like a parcel.

    Add the parcel in the steamer and let it steam for 20 minutes. Serve when done.
