Tandoori Wontons

  • 200 gm paneer tandoori marinated and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken tikka cooked
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp mint chutney
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 to 3 spring onion greens chopped
  • 1 tsp oil
  • water
  • Tomato wedge
  • Coriander sprig
  • Tomato chutney

    For the filling combine the sliced marinated tandoori paneer and cooked chicken tikka in a bowl.

    Keep it aside.

    For the wonton skin, mix all purpose flour, mint chutney, chaat masala, and water.

    Knead a soft dough.
  5. 5

    Make smalls balls from the dough and roll out a thin roti.
  6. 6

    Cut into rectangles.

    Place chopped spring onion greens and the chicken paneer filling on it.
  8. 8

    Fold the wontons in rectangular shape and apply water on side to seal the edges.

    Bring the sides together and press to give a boat shape.

    Drizzle oil in a steamer and steam the wontons.
  11. 11

    Garnish tandoori wontons with tomato wedge and coriander sprig.
  12. 12

    Serve with tomato chutney.
