INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm tiger prawns cleaned, kokam agal for flavour n colour, fresh cream 2 tsp, 1 whole lemon juice, Kashmiri Lal mirch 1 tsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp, corn flour, salt to taste, ginger garlic garlic paste, green chilli paste, onions square cuts.
  • Butter 2 tsp , mayonnaise

PREPARATION

    Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 5/6 hrs for more flavours in refrigerator.

    Heat oil on medium flame in a kadai / pan for deep frying.
  3. 3

    Fry the prawns till crispy red.
  4. 4

    Apply butter on grill pan to give buttery flavour to the prawns.
  5. 5

    Keep the fried prawns on the grill for 2 mins each side .
  6. 6

    Do the same for onion slices .
  7. 7

    Serve hot with mayonnaise.
