INGREDIENTS

  • FOR the dressing
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1apple
  • 2bananas
  • 1pear
  • A mixture of beaten curdsaltand sugar
  • FOR garnish
  • Sev
  • Raw bananas fried
  • red chilli powder
  • black peppercrushed
  • coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE TANDOORI FRUIT CHAAT

    For the dressing, add tamarind paste, salt, red chilli powder, chopped coriander, cumin powder, and chopped green chillies to a bowl and mix well.

    Cut the apple, banana, and pear into slices or cubes and toss them in the dressing.
  3. 3

    Bake them at 180 C for 12 ? 15 minutes and set aside.
  4. 4

    Arrange the fruits on wooden skewers.
  5. 5

    Decorate the plate with the beaten curd mixture and arrange the fruit skewers.
  6. 6

    Garnish with sev, fried raw bananas, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper, and top with coriander leaves.
