  • FOR Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Lollipop
  • 8-10 chicken wings
  • 2-3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • FOR For the Red Marinade
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp all ground spice
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder, roasted
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • FOR For the White Marinade
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 2-3 tbsp cashew nut paste
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1-2 tsp all ground spice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5-6 tbsp cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste

HOW TO PREPARE TANDOORI CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

    For the red marinade combine yoghurt, red chilli powder, all ground spice, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil in a bowl.

    Mix well.

    For the white marinade, combine yoghurt, cashew nut paste, fresh cream, cardamom powder, all ground spice, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

    Mix well.

    Add grated cheese and mix again.

    Rub some ginger-garlic paste into the chicken wings.
  7. 7

    Coat half the chicken wings with white marinade and the remaining half with red marinade.

    Grill the lollipops in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.

    Wrap aluminium foil on the base of the grilled lollipops and arrange in the serving dish.
