INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 - 3 tsp all ground spices
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 - 3 tbsp cashew nut paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tsp cadamom powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 - 10 chicken wings
  • 2 - 3 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
  • 5 - 6 tbsp grated cheese
  • For garnish: onion slices
  • green chutney

PREPARATION

    For the red marinade combine yogurt, red chilli powder, all ground spice, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil in a bowl., Mix well., For the white marinade, combine yogurt, cashew nut paste, fresh cream, cardamom powder, all ground spice, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl., Mix well., Add grated cheese and mix again., Apply ginger garlic paste on the chicken wings., Coat half chicken wings with white marinade and the remaining with red marinade., Grill lollipops in a pre heated oven for 15 min., Wrap aluminium foil on the base of the grilled lollipops and arrange in the serving dish., Garnish with some onion slices green chutney, decorative carrot, and chopped coriander.
