Tandoori Chicken Lollipop

Make these all time favourite and restaurant style tandoori chicken lollipops with two different marinations at home with simple and easily available ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chopped green apple
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 to 9 almonds
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 watermelon
  • Few mint leaves
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • Sugar as required
  • butter
  • 1 banana halved lengthwise
  • 1 orange halved
  • For Garnish Mint sprigs

HOW TO PREPARE TANDOORI CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

    For the red marinade combine yogurt, red chilli powder, all ground spice, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil in a bowl.

    Mix well.

    For the white marinade, combine yogurt, cashew nut paste, fresh cream, cardamom powder, all ground spice, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

    Mix well.

    Add grated cheese and mix again.
  6. 6

    Apply ginger garlic paste on the chicken wings.
  7. 7

    Coat half chicken wings with white marinade and the remaining with red marinade.
  8. 8

    Grill lollipops in a pre heated oven for 15 min.
  9. 9

    Wrap aluminium foil on the base of the grilled lollipops and arrange in the serving dish.
  10. 10

    Garnish with some onion slices green chutney, decorative carrot, and chopped coriander.
