For the dough combine refined flour, baking soda, ghee, sugar, activated yeast, and milk in a mixing bowl. Knead to prepare a dough. Make two dumplings from the dough. Dust refined flour on the rolling board and roll out the dumplings. Sprinkle nigella seeds and melon seeds on the top of the rolled bread. Fix these seeds on the bread by a rolling pin. Roll the bread on the rolling pin and then gently spread it on a baking tray. Remove the pin used to keep the bread on the tray. Dock the surface of the bread with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 min. Serve hot with black tea and garnish with a lemon wedge. Top the black tea with a mint sprig.
