For marination: In a bowl add Balsamic Vinegar, honey, dark soya sauce, paprika powder, red chilli flakes, garlic powder and mix the marination, slice tofu and pour orange juice, lemon juice, salt to and soak for 2-3 minutes, now put Tofu slices in marination bowl, take 2 sheets of aluminum foil, grease aluminum foil with Olive oil, place the marinated Tofu slices on it.
Arrange Rosso lettuce, black pepper corns, bay leaves, dried chilli, sesame seeds, all spice powder, fold four sides of foil sheet, now fold fron centre and make a parcel.
In a heavy bottom pan, heat sand, place the parcel on it, close the lid, cook for 20-22 minutes on medium flame.
For Sauce: In a pan heat Sunflower Oil, add bay leaf, dried chilli, black pepper corns, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well, bring it to boil.
Add Honey, balsamic vinegar, sesame seeds and coriande leaves.
Cook until the sauce thickens, put the sauce on tofu and lollo rosso lettuce, speinkle sesame seeds.
Add smoky flavor of apple wood with a smoking gun.
