Sweet Potato Patties

INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Potato's
  • 2 Sweet Potato's
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to test
  • 2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp All Spice powder
  • 1 Dried Shiiitake mushroom.
  • FOR Mixture
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 5 to 6 Soaked Shiiitake mushroom
  • 1cup Soaked Quinoa
  • 1 tbsp Flour.
  • FOR Patties
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Dried Zucchini powder
  • Wheatgrass Micro greens
  • barbeque sauce.

HOW TO PREPARE SWEET POTATO PATTIES

    For Potato's: Prick the Sweet Potatoes with the knife.
  2. 2

    Put on a baking tray.
  3. 3

    In a bowl add Olive Oil, Salt, Paprika powder, Red Chilli powder, Butter, All Spice powder, Dried Shiiitake mushroom and mix well and spread on sweet potatoes.

    Bake at 190 C for 25 minutes.
  5. 5

    For Mixture: In a pan heat butter, chopped onion, Red Chilli powder, Paprika powder, Salt, Soaked Shiiitake mushroom, Soaked Quinoa, Flour and cook.

    Chop Sweet Potato's.
  7. 7

    Add in Quinoa mixture and sprinkle flour.
  8. 8

    Make patties from mixture and coat with flour.
  9. 9

    Heat Olive Oil in pan.
  10. 10

    Roast both sides of patty.
  11. 11

    Serve with sweet potato wedges, Shiiitake mushroom, barbeque sauce, Dried Zucchini powder, Wheatgrass Micro greens.
