INGREDIENTS

  • For potato's
  • 2 sweet potato's
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 dried shiiitake mushroom
  • For mixture
  • 2 tsp butter
  • i onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt
  • 5 to 6 soaked shiiitake mushroom
  • 1cup soaked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • For patties
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • dried zucchini powder
  • wheatgrass micro greens
  • barbeque sauce.

PREPARATION

    For Potatoes: Prick the Sweet Potatoes with the knife, put on a baking tray.
  2. 2

    In a bowl add olive oil, salt, paprika powder red chilli powder, butter, all spice powder, dried Shiitake mushroom and mix well and spread on sweet potatoes.

    Bake at 190' C for 25 minutes.

    For Mixture: In a pan heat butter, chopped onion, red chilli powder, paprika powder, salt, soaked shiitake mushroom.
  5. 5

    Soaked quinoa, chop sweet potatoes.
  6. 6

    Add in quinoa mixture and sprinkle flour, make patties from mixture and coat with flour.
  7. 7

    Heat olive oil in pan. Roast both sides of patty.
  8. 8

    Serve with sweet potato wedges, shiitake mushroom, barbeque sauce, dried zucchini powder, wheatgrass and micro greens.
