Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion and bay leaves. Saute. Add chopped garlic and sauté. Add soaked kidney beans soaked black eyed beans, soaked green grams, and diced sweet potatoes. Stir fry. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, and vegetable stock. Stir and cook on a low flame covered with a lid. Add chopped tomato for flavour and chopped coriander leaves. Blend some soup. Pour the blended soup back to the pot to thicken the soup. Season with salt and cracked black pepper. Serve the soup in a bowl and garnish with julienned spring onion greens.
