INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 carrots
  • 8 to 10 spinach leaves
  • ½ tsp jaggery
  • water as required
  • Ice cold
  • water

HOW TO PREPARE SWEET CARROT & SPINACH PUREE

    Boil water in a pan.
  2. 2

    Add carrots into the water.
  3. 3

    Cover the pan.
  4. 4

    Take the carrots from the boiling water when they are boiled.
  5. 5

    To the same boiling water, add the spinach leaves.
  6. 6

    When the leaves become soft immediately put them in ice cold water.
  7. 7

    Take the carrots and spinach leaves in a blender.
  8. 8

    Pour a little water.
  9. 9

    Add some jaggery to this and mash it.
  10. 10

    The puree is ready.
  11. 11

    Transfer it to a serving bowl.
