INGREDIENTS

  • For Sweet Carrot & Spinach Puree: 2 to 3 Carrots
  • 8 to10 Spinach leaves
  • ½ tsp Jaggery
  • Water
  • Ice cold water

HOW TO PREPARE SWEET CARROT & SPINACH PUREE

    Procedure to make Sweet Carrot & Spinach Puree: Boil water in a pan.

    Add carrots to the pan and cook them till done.
  3. 3

    Remove the carrots and blanch spinach leaves in the same water.
  4. 4

    Place the blanched spinach in ice cold water.
  5. 5

    In a blender, add boiled carrots, spinach, water and jaggery.
  6. 6

    Blend it into a smooth puree.
  7. 7

    Transfer the puree to a serving bowl.
  8. 8

    Sweet Carrot & Spinach Puree is ready to serve.
