  • 3 slices white bread
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup cucumber juliennes
  • ½ cup carrot juliennes
  • ½ cup green capsicum juliennes
  • ½ cup red bell pepper juliennes
  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper juliennes
  • ½ cup green moong beans sprouted
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • Spring onion greens blanched
  • Decorative carrot flower
  • Decorative red bell pepper flower
  • Decorative yellow bell pepper
  • Salad
  • tomato ketchup

HOW TO PREPARE SUSHI SUNRISE

    Cut the crusts from all sides of the bread slices and flatten the slices using a rolling pin.

    Halve the slices.
  3. 3

    Using a butter knife apply cream cheese on the halved slices.
  4. 4

    For the filling, from one end of each half, arrange juliennes of cucumber, carrot, and green, red, and yellow bell peppers.
  5. 5

    Top the juliennes with sprouted green moong beans.
  6. 6

    Season with salt and black pepper powder.
  7. 7

    From the same end, roll each half slowly and cut the ends to give a finishing touch.
  8. 8

    Roll a spring onion green in the middle of the roll, similar to wrapping a gift.
  9. 9

    Arrange sushi in the serving plate and garnish with decorative carrot flower, decorative red bell pepper flower, decorative yellow bell pepper flower, salad, and with ketchup.
