Cut the crusts from all sides of the bread slices and flatten the slices using a rolling pin. Halve the slices. Using a butter knife apply cream cheese on the halved slices. For the filling, from one end of each half, arrange juliennes of cucumber, carrot, and green, red, and yellow bell peppers. Top the juliennes with sprouted green moong beans. Season with salt and black pepper powder. From the same end, roll each half slowly and cut the ends to give a finishing touch. Roll a spring onion green in the middle of the roll, similar to wrapping a gift. Arrange sushi in the serving plate and garnish with decorative carrot flower, decorative red bell pepper flower, decorative yellow bell pepper flower, salad, and with ketchup.
