In a bowl, mix blanched and chopped yellow and green zucchini, boiled and chopped potatoes, blanched, and chopped beans, blanched broccoli florets, finely chopped garlic cloves, chilli flakes, lemon juice, orange zest, salt, and fresh thyme
Place a butter paper on a foil sheet. Transfer the marinated vegetables at the centre of the sheet and close from all the sides to resemble a hamper
Boil water in a pot. Place the hamper in the boiling water and close the lid until the vegetables are cooked
Transfer the hamper to a plate and drizzle olive oil on the vegetables
In the serving plate, arrange the vegetables as per your choice.
