Soak the agar agar strips in some water. Heat a pan and pour blackberry juice and guava juice. Add chopped guavas and sliced strawberries. Cook slightly. Add the soaked agar agar in the juice mixture. Cut the edges of the bread slices and then cut the slices into triangles. Attach a cling film in the bowl. Place the bread slices inside in the bowl shape. Fill the middle part of the bowl with the guava strawberry mixture and cover with the cling film. Deep freeze the bowl for 1 to 2 hours. When the pudding is set, remove it from the freezer. Open the cling film and flip the pudding on the plate. Place the fruit mixture on the sides of the pudding. Garnish with some coloured vermicelli.
