- 200g wheat flour
- ghee approx.50-60g(as your wish)
- jaggery (as your wish)
- dry fruits
- heat a pan and roast wheat flour without adding ghee or oil . Dont roast flour to much,then put out the flour in a plate. In another pan add ghee and melt it for 2-3 min and then add jaggery paste and cook it for 4-5 minute then add the flour and then again cook for 2 min it is ready then pour the mixture in aplate and spread out and add dry fruits and rest it for 2-3 hour . Cut in the square shape. It is ready to eat . yummm.....
